Serial killers, Ted Bundy, Netflix and former FBI Investigator Kathleen McChesney

Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes

You might wonder what America’s most infamous serial killer has to do with Stratium Global.

But if you tune into the latest Netflix series Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes,  you will see why. The series features interviews with Stratium Global adviser Dr Kathleen McChesney.

Kathleen is a former FBI Special Agent who helped hunt down the notorious serial killer and bring him to justice before being appointed to the FBI’s third highest position Executive Assistant Director under then FBI Director Robert Mueller.

Bundy kidnapped, raped and murdered at least 30 women in the USA in the mid-70s using his good looks and charm to lure his victims. He was sentenced to death for his crimes and executed in 1989.
Film maker Joe Berlinger in an interview with the New York Post said the series gets inside the mind of Bundy and reveals what makes him tick.

Berlinger said that America only has five percent of the world’s population but 67 percent of its serial killers. At any given time, the FBI estimates that there are 25 to 50 active serial killers on the loose at any one time.

After a stellar career with the FBI, Dr McChesney now works in the private sector and Stratium Global is proud to have her on its international advisory board.
